Create and use an email signature

This is how you create a signture:

  • Click on the Preferences tab at the top of Zimbra.
  • Click on Signatures in the left column.
  • Click on New signature.
  • In the Name field type in a name (only you will see this name, give it a logical name).
  • On the right side click on the puldown and choose Format as HTML.
  • Now create your signature in the big text area.
  • You can create multiple signatures. This can be handy for instance when you have multiple persona's in your account.
  • Click on Save at the top right side of the page to save your signature.

Set your signature as your default signature:

  • Click on the Preferences tab at the top of Zimbra.
  • Click on Signatures in the left column.
  • At Using Signatures choose which signature you want to shown on the bottom of you message when either typing a new message or replying to one.
  • Click on Save at the top right side of the page to save your signature.
